This Module will Add functionality to manage Consentforms and sign them from customer portal. Maintain history of Digital Signed documents. Normally Each Hospital signs many consent documents with their patients based on need. To manages such Consent Form and sign with proper history this module can be used.

☑ Smart button on partner to see all related Consent Forms.
