Project View:
After placing the google map api key, you will be able to see the google map in Odoo.
- Setting: Company name, Project Address, Project category, etc
- Sub Project:Sub projects defined for current Project
- Site Info:Saleable Area, Built Up Area, Plot Area, Site Contact No, etc.
- Documents: Project document of any type can be uploaded.
SubProject View:
We can define sub project for the particular project.
Project WBS:
Project WBS is Work Breakdown Structure.Here we can define required resources ie. Material and labour for particular Project.Also we define actual and planned start and finish dates here.
After selection of tasks from library, it will create resources details in Estimated Material and Estimated Labour Section.
Group:
N number of groups and tasks can be added under group.
Task:
Resources are manpower and material which can be added in task.
Multilevel Approval of Transactions:
Configurable multi Level approval of all transactions as per company authorization matrix.

Odoo Tender Management
Odoo Tender management allows user to create tenders, tender enquiries,eligible criteria for bidders, bidder rating, tender estimation and computes top bidder from their rating.
Bidder can create enquiry against tender,also provided technical,financial and eligible criteria related questions and rating.
Tender Enquiries will auto populate on Tender form which are sorted by contractor rating
Tender estimation along tender enquiry,total estimation summation of individual estimation of labour ,material etc.

Managing Property Detail
Go to Land acquisition
Land Property
With the help of this menu, users can create and manage their land details.
View, after option to create new property.
When property is available for Lease, new tab gets popped up to feed in additional information of rent, rate and tenancy
User gets an option to take lease amount in any of the following Rent Type:-
User can also define the start and end date of lease which will calculate the amount.
User further can upload remaining information like nearest places to the land, photos and documents, similar properties, land owner, their contribution and description. User can create the type of document required for land based on their country’s specification through configuration and select while uploading the document copy.
Land Owners
When user try to add in land owner information, it asks you to feed in their ownership percentage. If user puts in more than 100% then system throws a warning message.
After feeding all information, this property gets ready with availability either for lease or for sale.
Land Proposal
When land is available for lease or sale, proposal can be prepared for multiple customers. System will allow to create multiple proposal until the state of any of the proposal is not confirmed.
Information which is getting maintained over the property form, gets populated on proposal form as soon as the property is selected for proposal purposes.
If user selects ‘For Sale’ system will generate sale order and if user selects ‘For Lease’ system will create Lease order with start and end date and the lease amount
User can edit the line based on discussion and edited
User can see the status of property on its form as well.
Odoo Construction Expense Management
After Feeding Data
User can link this with project.In some cases, user can charge this reimbursement to the company
User can upload supporting documents for the expenses made.
User has to create report and add all lines in the expenses made, add notes and submit to manager for approval
Manager has authority to either approve or refuse
If its refused, employee will not get the benefit and if it's approved, then user can post the journal entries after approval from the respective manager.
